I love everything this laptop has to offer. The ONLY thing I can say negative about it... because some days it drives me crazy.. is the fact that it's glossy all over...which leaves fingerprints and oily imprints all over where you touch.. easy fix though, just wipe down with a rag or papertowel. It's a touch-screen...in case, ya' missed that bit. I have only used the touch-screen a few times.. it's not needed...but it is neat. I've had the laptop for about a month now. The sound on this thing is great! Loud. One thing I've noticed about Toshiba's... they have descent sound. My last laptop was a Toshiba... lasted me a good 4yrs.. and probably would still be good... only I ruined it by taking it to Iraq with me years back.. so the cd/dvd area no longer works. Still have my old one though and use it for basic things like photo editing n such. Overall, I'd say this new laptop is kick@ss.
