If i can make zero i will.... it was a shock that i received my dv7 and it did not work at all.. even no hard disk indicator or light up... i couldn't even enter bios... nor any of the supporting center could help... now I'm waiting for the re- shipping it to company... i would recommend refurbished instead of new..
